Samoa of Nevada was incorporated in Las Vegas, Nevada and are exempted under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code under Section 501 (c ) (3) since August, 2006.

Local fund raising, generous contributions from the public and the dedication of many good individuals; volunteers, and businesses were instrumental in the startup and creation of this organization.  As an organization still in its infant stage with a dependency solely from public support, were able to award eight (8) scholarships to students who previously and/are currently pursuing higher education in Colleges and Universities.  We are, indeed, grateful to those who have supported and have generously contributed and shared their time and money to continually assist us in our purpose and in keeping this dream alive.
